Registered ako sa Comboall 20 (unli call and text to tm) last June 9. May regular load ako that time about 150php gamit ko for extension. I called a TM number around four pm and after about 30 min, may nag-pop up na message saying na less than 20 na lang daw load ko. Upon checking my load sa *143, less than 20 na nga lang load ko. I tried to text TM and then checked my load pero hindi din naman bawas. Meaning, registered pa ako. Ang concern ko lang, bakit nabawasan registration load ko nung tumawag ako, registered naman ako. I called 808 to know what happened kaya lang wala naman ako nakausap ng agent. Need feedback and action asap.

This is my second time to complain for a sudden deduction on my load. I first made a complaint on TM's contact us page. And still, no one has replied. Today, it was a P20 deduction. I know and I am aware of your system upgrade issue however, when I tried to avail the astigtxt30 for several times yesterday afternoon until 9pm, unfortunately, I kept on getting the same message from TM that it will not be processed at this time for the system upgrade. Last March six, meron po ata kayong system activity something kaya hindi maprocess ang mga request sa inyo. HIndi na process ung EXTEND ko hanggang sa na cut na ung unli. Lagi na lang 0 balance ko kahit everyday ako nagloload. ten pesos everyday ko pinapaload, mageextend lang ako so equivalent lang ng five pesos yun pero pagtingin ko sa load ko always 0 ang balance ko.
