I purchased all new appliances from Leon's for my new home in Peterborough, Ontario in December of 2014. That includes washer, dryer(gas), fridge, stove(gas), dishwasher and over the range microwave. The products all look amazing, but I have had nothing, but problem with my dishwasher, from the onset, the fridge continues to form ice under the pantry drawer, and I have followed your directions and the dryer board must be replace because it does not send messages to heat up. Hard to believe all these problems so soon, and of course, the warranty is only one year. In hindsight, I should have gone with Frigidaire or a brand with more of a track record with appliances. I am not happy after spending so much money and now having to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs Not right Certainly leaving a bad taste in my mouth with respect to word of mouth with respect to Samsung appliances. Help I do not like to be in this situation.

We purchased a washer in June 2014. six months ago I noticed the clothes were not being cleaned property and the machine would not always spin out and it became very noisy. We attempted to level the machine in hopes that would fix the problem. I called Samsung to report the issue and was told by that the machine needed to be levelled, but she could not find a repair person in our area. June seven 2016 I called the local appliance doctor in Windsor and provided him with the model number he advised that the bearings needed to be replaced. His cost to repair would be $400-600. The appliance doctor advised he sees this quite a lot, but usually at the four – five year not 2. I am now having to use my friend’s washing machine until we can save enough money to buy a new one. If I do not hear from you within ten days I will lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My number is 519 982-0230.

I recently perchased the Galaxy S4 and it worked fine for the first week. It kept prompting me to do the upgrade to which i finely conceded to and did. It ended up screwing up my phone up beyond use. I couldn't answer any calls, I couldn't call out. It wouldn't text or even let me on line. After taking it back to the store where I purchased it on three separate occasions to have a factory reset done it still never worked. I finally sent it back to have it fixed right and when i got it back it not only didn't work it never even had a home screen. It was as if they never reprogramd it at all. I've tried to call and just have them replace the phone after all they aren't cheap and it was their upgrade the buggered up my phone to begin with, no one seems to wanna do anything. Send it back they say. Tell ya what. Just send me a new phone and ill gladly send this one back.

Case 4130362277On Thursday May 14, 2015 my Samsung fridge stopped working. I called Samsung and they did trouble shooting over the phone with the fridge electronics. It did not work after speaking with the representative for over an hour. I said that it was the long weekend coming up so they needed to fix it by Friday May 15 as my food would spoil if we waited until Tues after the long weekend. A date was set for Tues May 19 in the morning for a technician from Elite Appliances to fix it. They did not show. I called Elite Appliances and they said here was a mix-up with Samsung and the new repair date was set for Thursday May 21. I said that at this point all of our food had spoiled and I couldn't wait another two days without a fridge. We have been eating out for almost a week and have small child at home which complicates meals further. I have been on the phone with both Samsung and Elite Appliances and have not gotten anywhere.

I had a microwave that was on recall and I was unable to get a part for it, as the part was no longer available. This is going back Aug. Of 2014, since then they required all the information of bill, model, serial number which you have. In August it was determined by your company that I would be reimbursed $225 for the microwave because of the recall and parts no longer available. I purchased a new washer and dryer, after having the same set for more than 20 years. I received the washer and dryer, now less than a month, i called the store to say my washer is making noise. I was told that i need to contact Samsung directly. This is the 4 to 5th phone call, i have made to Samsung trying to get a technician service call. On Friday 31st of October i spoke to a lady stating an email has been sent to the technician and gave me the name of the company with the phone number. Great today 3rd of November, i called this morning and they never received an email and cannot schedule an appointment. After being transferred, I have been on hold now for 42 minutes. Someone picks up and the line went dead. I called back and spoke with another agent (Nathan) ten minutes later and left my number for someone to call me back, he said within the hour). This is very bad service not only from Samsung, but also from the store, i purchased from.

I bought the two pieces form Brault and Martineau store and the second day i found a rust in the washer machine and when i called customer service Samsung they gave me a reference number 2130449275 and kept me on hold over a 36 minutes and they hanged up, I called back three times without any solution. Back in October 2013 I bought a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition(p-601) from Negri Electronics online store. And they shipped it to canada.
Today I was working with my tablet and all of the sudden screen start fading out and with in ten second display blacked out. It is defenitly lcd screen is defective since I connected my device to TV and it is working properly. I contacted Samsung Canada and asked them for support. They said since this device is purchased out of canada, they can not provide me service under Warranty.
