I have a serious problem of internet. I have recharged internet through near by retailer on 11 March 2015. Bt after three days from 15 March, connectivity of my internet is total nil. I have more than one GB data balance, but its just to seen on my data balance. I am using Docomo for many times, but this time i am totally disappointed even after complaining more than five times, customer care service agents are making mockery of Docomo they are treating like they are just passing time. My mobile number is 8957578887. On 30th of June and 1st of July 54 rupees Balance was deducted from my number. When i call 121 to know this deduction of money, they told me due to some services which are activated on your number, i told him dnd is already activated on my number then he told me you can know about activated services by sending message vas on 121 i got reply from 155223 to reply one to stop activated services when i replied one i got message there is no activated services on your number. I am using this number from more than three year, but this type of problem never happens before. I am requesting you to please return my balance amount 54 rupees As soon as possible.
