The Shekhawati Engineering College-SEC is made up to promote higher learning and research in the field of engineering. The trust’s objective is to set up a nucleus campus that will promote quality education in various discipline of engineering to meet the ever increasing demand of engineers.
Satwic Jeewan Shala trust was established in year 1956 with an aim to promote higher education in year’s field of education. The same trust established Shekhawati engineering college in 2003 with an aim to provide technical education. Within three years we have established and developed various institutions in the campus Shekhawati College of Pharmacy, Shekhawati Girls college, Shekhawati Public school, Shekhawati Teachers Training college, Shekhawati NTT and STC Institute, Shekhawati Industrial Training Center, Shekhawati Nursing college, Shekhawati Girls Engineering college, Shekhawati college of management and Science, Shekhawati Roots to Wings- a play school.
The Shekhawati Engineering College-SEC is still making sincere effort to bring various courses in the campus. The trust’s objective is to setup a nucleus campus that will promote quality education in various disciplines of engineering to meet the ever increasing demand of engineers. The management and governing g body consist of eminent personalities having rich experience in entrepreneurship, engineering profession and management.

The Shekhawati Engineering College-SEC is easily accessible from all directions through a sound network of rail and roadways. It is situated at Dundlod on the main Sikar – Jhunjhunu road (Sikar – Loharu Highway) just 100 meter from Balwantpura chelasi Railway station and 5 Kms from Nawalgarh Railway station. It is 6 Kms from Mukundgarh, 34 Kms from Sikar, 35 Kms from Jhunjhunu, 150 Kms from Jaipur and 250 Kms from Delhi.

The Shekhawati Engineering College-SEC has a separate Boys/Girls hostel that is the strategically located to be accessible from the entire department yet maintaining a calm and secure environment. Each hostel has single accommodation rooms with clean and hygienic rest rooms for all the students surrounded by plush greenery. The mess is located inside the hostel premise serving to the taste of all cuisines. Each hostel is facilitated with open play ground, private canteen (opened round the clock), Internet cafes, Gym, Music rooms, Indoor games Room, TV room, STD Booth, General/Grocery Shop.
Good quality furnished accommodation by way of 312 seats (12X1=12 single, 78X 2 = 156 Double, 48 X 3 = 144 Triple occupancy ) is available for boys. Shekhawati Engineering College-SEC hostel provides necessary clean hygienic dining facility in a mess adjacent to the building. Hostel also provides civic amenities and facilities to meet contingent needs. Common room with T.V is also there. Hostel also has facilities for indoor games like TT and has a well equipped gym. An ex-service person effectively controls the hostel as its warden.
