The trust is headed and blessed by his Holiness Shri Dr. Tontada Siddhalinga Maha Swamiji, Samsthan Math, Dambal-Gadag.
Mission of Tontadarya College of Engineering – Gadag aims to build an institution for imparting technical and managerial education with a view to provide the best possible quality and level of education which will be affordable to students belonging to the lower classes of the society. The trust aims to train the students in the best possible manner, which will help them in achieving professional competence in their specialized technical field. The trust aims to create a class of highly educated and technically competent students who will later on help the nation in achieving industrial growth. Library Facility of College with large number of titles and volumes of reference books, textbooks and handbooks required for teaching learning activities. Besides technical books, there are good number of books on management, humanities, and literature. It has well designed and maintained stack rooms. The library database is centrally computerized for accession and renewals for easy, secure and quick operation. Tontadarya College of Engineering – Gadag has periodical section, reference section, magazine section, reprogramming facilities, internet connectivity, scanning facility, book binding facility, printing, and CD viewing etc. Facility of photocopying and printing is provided to the students at lower rates.

A well-planned boy’s hostel that spans 2 blocks has spacious, clean and well-ventilated rooms that can accommodate 400 students. There is adequate water and power with a back-up generator. The ladies hostel is designed keeping in mind the needs of young women. This hostel can accommodate 150 students with ample privacy in a safe and clean environment.
Both hostels of Tontadarya College of Engineering – Gadag have clean organized mess facilities which are managed by students on a sharing basis. The kitchens are spacious and care is taken to ensure that food is prepared under extremely hygienic conditions. The hostels as you can imagine, are truly a world away from home.
