Darina Allen is the founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School and is known for Leading the Slow Food movement in Ireland. She is a member of Taste Council of Irish Food Board, European Association of Chefs, Bread Bakers Guild of America, International Women's Federation etc. Darina Allen has authored many cookery books viz.
