We have bought two liters of Amul Gold milk from National Dairy, West enclave, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 who is our regular vendor today vide your batch number MK 64A dtd. 10/07/15. I am a regular customer of Amul products since so many years. Today was my worst experience WITH AMUL PRODUCTS. Yesterday morning i got 1. five liters of Amul milk and when my family members had it they felt its taste was full of Detergent and it was smelling badly. No one was able to have it. I went back to the shop with the two unpacked half liter packed milk pouches and the one in glass which we have used, the shopkeeper too agrees that the milk is giving foul smell, she called the delivery man, area manager and his senior (Om Prakash and Tapin) I also had a word with them they asked me to open another pouch and it also having the same problem. They are showed their stupid approach and ask me to surrender the last pouch with the shopkeeper and assured me that they will take due care, but today I was informed by the shopkeeper they haven't turned up. I want a very strict action to be taken over this within two working days.

I have been getting Amul milk from Jha Stores, C Block Market, East of Kailash.I was given today 23 August 2013 two half litre packs instead of one I litre pack.On boiling the milk it got curdled immediately. On one pack the BR0 is 22 August 2013 and on the other BRO is 23 August 2013. We explained our problem who gave us then one Litre pack with BRN 24th August 2013.
On taking up the matter with your vendor he expressed his helplessness that he has got the supplies from the company and I should post my complaint with you.
Kindly take care in future that expired supplies are not sold to customer and that I am not charged for the curdled one litre milk. Thanks.

I am getting 1.5 Lit amul gold daily.I finf if the milk is used /boiled next day ( even after refregeration overnight)It spoils.I wanted to see the date of packing/use before date, but it is not easy to find this on the packet.
All features, except this date ,are so clearly printed that even I can read w/o spects ( I am 68 yrs old).If you feel that it is a most important features for user customer for health ground,kindly arrange to print it in a way that it can be visible w/o much effotrs/excercices.
