I am S P Singh . Its quite often to see that the Bus Conductor charge luggage fare booking on petty luggage, but they do not give us any receipt of that amount. Please be kind enough to intimate that how much weight as luggage is permissible with a single passenger and if freight is chargeable what are rates for the same. I boarded a bus number UP34N 9941 on 16th of January 2015 from Sidhauli to Lucknow at 1700 Hours. By 1750 hrs I reached IIM road. I had to get down infront ELDECO hence told the driver to please stop, but instead of stopping he started shouting at me in full public using slang language. He stopped his bus after one km far away from my destination and that very busy place. I had a lot of trouble after that. The behavior of both the driver as well as the conductor was very very pathetic. Please look into the matter very seriously.

Sir/madam, I board on a up roadways bus carries number UP 33 T 4169 on 12 December 2014 before four pm. I gave 100 rupees to conductor and got a ticket of 59 Rs. Rest money he wrote at the back of the ticket. But before getting down i went to conductor to collect my rest money then i found he wrote 40 rupees there. After a heavy exercise i got my one rupees back. Suddenly i saw two men with the printed 66 rupees ticket and conductor has to pay 34 rupees to them as both passenger paid 100 rupees to him. But at the back of the ticket mentioned figure was 16 rupees only. When i along with both persons raised voice there and said i will complain then conductor threatened me up. I made a complaint at the number 18001802877 issued by UP Roadways at 12 December 2014 time 06:29pm, but after listening all the issues, CCE tried to fool me and did not lodge my complaint. I can produce recordings with CCE. There were 15 cases in the same bus.

I would like to file complaint against driver Javed and conductor of bus number UP77N7147. They were doing overcrowded in bus, that was going from Kanpur to Delhi, they stopped bus after every ten minutes and picked passengers. It creates lot of problems for passengers. And also not any seat vacant in the bus, but they continue their misbehave and argue with passengers. So i request to take immediate action.

This is with reference to additional rupees ten per baggage demanded by the conductor while travelling from gorakhpur to lucknow in volvo. Details are-

On demanding the receipt for the same, the conductor refused and instead harassed saying that he will take no responsibility whether the luggage will reach destination or not.
I feel, if there is no such fee of rupees ten per luggage, then how can the conductor ask for the same. This is cheating being done with the public and should be controlled.

With ongoing construction of ROBs and Daliganj, Inter district and long distance buses are plying through IT, Nirala Nagar, Aliganj, Purania, RAM Ram Bank Chauraha and Engg. College to reach Sitapur Road. The drivers unnecessarily keep blowing the HORN. These are pressure horns, meant for highways. Blowing them in the residential areas disturbs the residents living near the main roads, many of whom are senior citizens and need rest. The drivers do not reduce speed even over speed breakers. While this is dangerous for traffic, it creates trembling of nearby houses. Please counsel the drivers.
