Doon Institute of Engineering and Technology – DIET Dehradun , the latest initiative of SIEF , is offering the four year full time Bachelor of Technology (B.tech) Program in four branches , viz Information Technology , Computer Science Engineering, electrons & Communication engineering and Electronics & Electrical Engineering with an intake of 60 seats in each program.

The library is well-stocked with over 10,000 books, journal, newspapers and periodicals relevant to the course taught,. Students are welcome to use the facility for studying or borrowing books. Well equipped laboratories and workshops are training grounds for building professionals .Diet has state of the arts labs and workshops that enable students to experiment and bring to practice what they have learnt in theory .Laboratories and workshops are equipment and are supervised by qualified technicians. A hostel warden looks after the well being and safety of all students and inculcates students to be in discipline at all times .Students may approach the warden freely should they face any difficulty in the hostels.
