Easa College of Engineering and Technology – ECET Coimbatore was established by Easa Foundations, Coimbatore, a public charitable and educational Trust, under the Chairmanship of its Managing Trustee, Thiru.T.D.Eswaramoorthy, drawing liberally from the experience of many successful institutions in the country and abroad. It was established in the year 2008.
Easa College of Engineering and Technology – ECET Coimbatore will be taking an active role to transform our country to a super power in Economics aimed for the year 2020. Of course, this is possible to share from our side in producing quality engineers and technologists from our college from the year 2012. This is our well defined goal and the execution side clearly assures to produce self disciplined, motivated and confident products.
The academic council of Easa College of Engineering and Technology – ECET Coimbatore suggests moulding the students for self learning that could be possible by way of guidance, counseling and readiness of interaction with Faculty members. The Faculty members are well informed and advised to follow a decent work culture of working as teams. The college authorities and heads of the departments hold meaningful discussion to identify and solve the problems related to students in academics. College offered in ECET are approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. ECET offers Four Undergraduate Programmes in Engineering.

Hostel facility of Easa College of Engineering and Technology – ECET Coimbatore for boys and girls provided separately in campus. Rooms are very spacious ventilated bearing tiled flooring. The hostel buildings are constructed in spacious green area conducive for learning. All the amenities are well provided for the healthy living conditions. Boys Hostel is constructed covering a built up area of 2400 sq.ms in a G+3 building. It can accommodate a total of 250 boy students – 60 rooms. Girl’s hostel of Easa College of Engineering and Technology – ECET Coimbatore is constructed covering a built up area of 2000 sqm G+3 building. It can accommodate 200 girls’ students.
Mess facility at Easa College of Engineering and Technology – ECET Coimbatore hygiene and well maintained mess building is available for an area of 300 sqm. Separate Dining Hall with furniture’s available. Kitchen is well equipped with modern cooking facilities. Water used for cooking & cleaning purpose is supplied by R.O plant. Both veg and non-veg food items will be served for the inmates of boys and girls hostels at nominal rates. The Hostel is connected with a power pack up of 65 KVA generators.
