Institute of Computer and Communication Technology - ICCT Vallabh Vidyanagar is started by Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM), established in 1945 as a registered charitable trust, has been striving ever since its inception for the cause of upliftment of rural society through education. Today CVM manages over 44 educational institutions, including four engineering colleges, namely, Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya (BVM), G. H. Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), A. D. Patel Institute of Technology (ADIT) and Institute of Computer and Communication Technology for Women (ICCT). Institute of Computer and Communication Technology - ICCT Vallabh Vidyanagar provides Bachelor Degree to the students.

Institute of Computer and Communication Technology - ICCT Vallabh Vidyanagar has a modern library with 4758 volumes (as on 1st oct. 2010), 76 Current Periodical subscriptions (Which includes 76 nationals and international journal & 02 E-Journals).The library is spread in the area of 512 sq.mt. with seating capacity of 100 students at a time. The Library also has unique reprographic facility. Student can utilize the library from 8.00am to 6.00 pm (10 hours) on working days. The Books are arranged according to Dewey decimal classification. Each row of the racks has been labeled with the range of class numbers in the corresponding row.

For the practical sessions of Communication Skills, we have erected this lab, which has a state-of-art infrastructure in the real sense of the term. The CS (Communication Skills) Department is committed to its endeavor of equipping the students with soft skills. We also try to sharpen the basic skills of English language. Institute of Computer and Communication Technology - ICCT Vallabh Vidyanagar lab is equipped with 25 computers, a laptop, headphones and an LCD projector. All the computers are internally linked. The entire network runs particular software made especially for language lab. This software was purchased from Orel Techno systems Pvt Ltd. The software provides countless sessions of rigorous exercise on listening, reading and speaking. The ultimate goal of the department is to help the students learn English language as well as soft skills and thus mould good personnel out of them.
The work shop of Institute of Computer and Communication Technology - ICCT Vallabh Vidyanagar has floor area 505 m2 as against the requirement of 200 m2 as per AICTE norms. It has a capacity of taking 60-80 students at a time. The Work Shop includes all necessary shops as per requirements of AICTE and GTU. The work shop has all the basic tools, equipments and machines including Lathe, Shaper, Drilling m/c, wood working m/c, Grinder, Arc welding, Spot welding etc. It has state of art Electric furnace for Smithy work, which is unique of its kind in the state. It has also electroplating and soldering and brazing equipment. First Aid Box and fire extinguisher are provided for the emergency treatment and safety in the work shop.
