PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul is a premier institution in Tamilnadu with International standards. It was established in 1984 at the outskirts of Dindigul Township as a response to the clarion call made by the public for a quality engineering institution in this part of South Tamilnadu. This prestigious institution, at present, offers 7 UG courses and 8 PG courses in Engineering and also MCA and MBA.
PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul went for accreditation in 2003 and got all its UG courses accredited for a period of 3 years. Since then, our institution made rapid strides in academic performance, infrastructure development, employability of its graduates, staff welfare, service to the society, strengthening its industry institution interaction, and research and extension work, These hardest efforts were well appreciated by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), when the institution went for a renewal of accreditation in the year 2006. This time all UG courses along with MCA and MBA courses have been given 5 years of accreditation -the highest recognition that NBA awards to the standard, quality engineering institution.

PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul is located in Kothandaraman Nagar, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. Library facility of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul is functioning in a separate building having a built up area of 2200 Sq.m and it has a seating capacity of 216. In addition to the Central library, there are departmental libraries in each department, which borrows books from the main library for quick reference. The library has more than 73,500 volumes of books covering all disciplines of engineering and technology, science & humanities & Management.
These collections include printed books, reports, theses, standards, atlases; question bank and back volumes of journals. The library of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul has a collection of about 6,000 non book materials which includes educational oriented CDs, audio & video cassettes. The Central library currently subscribes more than 700 scholarly journals under the AICTE INDEST consortium. The library provides On-line access to a large number of full-text journals from Springer, IEEE & INFORMS. Apart from the E-journals, the library subscribed 294 print versions of the journals from various publishers.
Sports and Games facility of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul provides opportunities for students to participate in sports and games so as to make their stay in the college campus useful, purposeful and enjoyable. Facilities for games such as Cricket, Football, Volley ball, Basket ball, Hockey, Ball Badminton, Kabbadi, etc., and indoor games like Weight lifting, Table Tennis, Shuttle, Carrom, and Chess are provided. Separate Gymnasiums with sophisticated fitness equipment are available for men and women for improving their physical fitness.
National Service Scheme facility of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul has two units of National Service Scheme sponsored by Anna University with a total sanctioned strength of 200 volunteers. Participation in NSS is mandatory for the first and second year students. The NSS volunteers are required to involve in Social Service activities, camps and special campaign activities. An orientation course is conducted for the volunteers. Students who work as volunteers for two years will be awarded a certificate issued by the University. NSS activities aim at instilling discipline, promoting culture, forming character building and developing personality through community services.
Blood Donation Club at PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul with more than 250 volunteers. Blood donation camps are organized regularly and especially on the eve of the Founder’s Birth anniversary. The volunteers of this club are sent to hospitals to donate blood during emergencies.
Placement Cell of PSNA College of Engineering and Technology – PSNACET Dindigul also periodically conducts Aptitude test, Group discussions, Mock interviews and technical tests. Guidance is also offered for pursuing higher studies and research both in India and abroad Excellent facilities for conducting campus interviews like two Air-Conditioned Seminar halls with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment for making presentations capacity ranging from 100 to 500 seats, huge halls for conducting tests, air conditioned conference room for conducting Group Discussions and Personal Interviews, etc. We also have an excellent guesthouse offering both boarding and lodging with A/C suites and all modern amenities for the recruiters to stay in the campus.
