This is Liviu Serban, phone number 403-209-2845; after being double-billed (by both Pulse Telecom and NECC) we settled both balances. In spite of paying Pulse Telecom the amount stated by the Billing Dept, we received another bill for about $10 or $15 if not paid by a certain date Why is Pulse Telecom still charging us once we paid the amount they stated we owed them as long as we are no longer using their services?.
