Roorkee Institute of Technology – RIT hostel has double and triple bedded rooms to accommodate approximately 800 students. With the completion of the first phase of construction, the hostel is ready with 150 rooms to board more than 450 boys for this academic session. The boarding and lodging facility for girls on the campus will be available in separate hostel from the academic session 2010-11. For the session 2009-10, the institute has hired accommodation in the Roorkee city in safest locality. Transport facility between hostel and college shall also be available for them.
