Seth RCS College of Art and Commerce – Durg was established in the year 1990 under the auspice of Seth R C Surana Educational Trust with clear motto to provide quality education to the society. The college is run and managed by Seth R.C.S Arts & Science College Society. The Institution is ably guided by Dr. R.K. Upadyay, Principal and making all rounds progressive in all fronts. The college Library contains Periodicals, Journal, Books on all leading subjects and also planning to go 'On line' so that the students can utilize the resources in effective manner. The college is equipped with a Computer Lab with latest models of computer so that the student can be befitted.
Seth RCS College of Art and Commerce – Durg is equipped with a Multi Gym under the able supervision of Shri R.P Tiwari, who is also incharge of the Gym as well as Head Of the Department of Physical Education. The college encourages the students to actively participate in the National Cadets Corps. It motivates the students to actively involve themselves in the process of building a strong India.
Seth RCS College of Art and Commerce – Durg has got State of Art Gymnasium and full-fledged facility to host major tournaments of national level in both Indoor & Out door games. The Gymnasium is managed by the Head of the Department of Physical Education, Mr.R.P Tiwari, who has guided the colleges since inception in various fields of Physical Education. He has conducted lot of Tournaments in State level.
Seth RCS College of Art and Commerce – Durg houses various indoor game facilities like carom & Table Tennis and also has conducted state level tournaments. The college has got a very spacious ground to encourage out door games like Foot ball, Volley Ball & Cricket. The college has won lot of Medals & Trophies by participating in various State level and National level tournaments.
