Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag college is named after the founding father His Holiness Annadana Mahaswamiji of Halakere It is multi-faculty college imparting education, in Arts, Science & Commerce.Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag is affiliated to the Karnataka University Dharwad. Our college is accredited at “B” Level by NAAC.
Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag is one of the biggest rural institutions in Karnataka imparting degree education. TheShri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag is recognized U/S 2(f) and 12 (B) of UGC in 1966. The college has an area of 7.75 acres, in addition to this 3 acres 30 gunta purchase during the year 2007, proposed for Ladies hostel and auditorium. Consisting of the college building, Library, Gymkhana, Gym, Chemistry Lab, Physics Lab, Zoology Lab, Play Ground, Canteen and Vehicle Stand. The Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag play ground has a 200 meters track and separate ground for Basket-ball, Volley-ball, Kabaddi, Tennicoit, and Kho-Kho Ground.

The founding of S.A.V.V.P.Samiti was the beginning of the long and Unending march towards bringing education at all levels for the rural deprived children of Ron taluka and the surrounding areas. Covering the erstwhile Koppal, Raichur, Bagalakot, Bellary districts and places beyond these. The mission of the Samiti was to provide education to the underprivileged poor and farmer children, with a small beginning the Samiti has taken long strides creating historical contribution to the field of education in India.

They have been evincing keen interest in their subjects and have a passion for transmitting their knowledge to the students. The Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag has a magnificent Library with more than 50038 books with separate reading accommodation for boys, girls and staff. There is a sub-post office within college campus area. Three NSS units and one NCC company. The boy students of the college have the hostel and boarding facility. The Library with rich and varied collection of 50038 books on its selves is variable “Treasure house” for the scholars, students teachers and other reading aspirants.The poor students lending library provides books to the poor and deserving students of Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag through out the year. The reading room attached to the Library provides news papers, periodicals, magazines and professional journals for general reading.The library is kept open on all working days from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m. During examination the library works between 8.00 am to 8.00 p.m. Students are given an additional borrowers ticket.

The Shri Annadaneshwar Arts, Science and Commerce College - Gadag has hostel for boys with 350 capacity. The clean drinking water hygienic condition and living environment are the features of our hostels. There is a full time rector and security staff who take personal care of the inmates of the hostel.Multi Gym erected over roof of Library building. Equipped for regular exercise.
