This is to inform you that my phone number 0250-2470047, this number Is not working from 9th April 2018, and lodged complaint on 17th April 18, docket number is 1042866125, the same has not been resolved till today, Also note without using the BSNL line we received a bill of Rs. 998/- why? Also your call center service is very poor, when ever we call they ask for the phone number Whenever we provide the docket number They are not intrested in noting the number. So kindly look into the matter and do the needful from your end and try to improve the service.

We pay our bills at Nav Bharat Urban Cooperative Bank, Bhabola Branch, Kargil-Vijay Building, (Stella), Vasai West (Unit No. 4341) Since January 2015, the bank has removed the cheque drop-box causing us, senior citizen, and others a lot of inconvenience. We have to stand in the queue for at least 45 minutes in the hot sun and now rain. Many of us have made requests and I have personally spoken to the bank staff, have written request to them as well as to the Vasaigaon office to reinstall the cheque drop-box, but to no avail. On behalf of all seniors, I request your kind intervention in this matter and request that the drop-box installed. We would be ever so grateful to your goodself if the box is reinstalled.
