Approximately 1, 25, 000 books, a large number of magazines and 450 periodicals for research are available in the library. To provide additional support to the weaker section of the students, a book bank is also running in the library. Apart from central library, departmental libraries are also being run in some P.G. departments. The number of books issued to students and members of the Staff was 15281. 503 reserved books were issued to students and members of the staff for consultation inside the Library and 4836 books have been issued to various PG Departmental Libraries of the College.
Hostel of Bareilly College – Bareilly is one of the oldest co-educational institutions in Northern India which was established in 1837. It is continuously heading to words Quality education. There was high pressure from students for hostel facility for boys and girls as this institution is catering the educational needs of surrounding area. In Bareilly College – Bareilly is one boys and one girl’s hostel in the campus. The wardens carefully look for their maintenance and proper upkeep. In 2001 our esteemed management decided to establish Girls Hostel in an eco-friendly environment adjoining to the college premises. It has about 100 accommodations with full infrastructural facilities.

Bareilly College – Bareilly has a gymnasium, wrestling stadium and excellent facilities for a number of indoor and outdoor games. The College is very well known in the State for its achievements in sports and games, and has produced a number of players of national and international levels. It regularly organizes athletic meets and inter-collegiate sports activities like wrestling, volleyball, basketball, hockey, cricket, etc.
Yoga and Naturopathy of Bareilly College – Bareilly has been the deepest experimental thought and tradition in Indian Philosophy and life. With the affiliation of Yoga Anusandhan Kendra Bangalore (Now a deemed University headed by Prof Nagendra, a ex-scientist of NASA), Bareilly College – Bareilly holds a one year diploma course in Yoga & Naturopathy. The session starts in Mid October. Total seats are 30. The timings to hold this course is from 7AM to 10AM at Multipurpose Hall, in the campus. There are two teachers Dr Brijesh Kumar Gupta and Smt Rashmi Gupta. Both are the product of Yoga Anusandhan Kendra, Bangalore. Dr A C Tripathi of Philosophy department is the Coordinator of this course. So many Doctors, Professors along with students have completed Diploma since 1999.
