Black Diamond Technical Education Society is one of the premier organization in the field of imparting education in western orissa. Established in 1991, duly registered under society registration Act bearing registration No.XXXI of 1860 SBL No-3075-239 of 1991-92, put its 1st step by opening a Public School for Kids and an I.T.I for craftsman training under NCV&T, New Delhi, in the year 1991.
