The Library uses Libsys Software package which is an integrated multi user library management system that supports all in house operations of the library. The Libsys consists of modules on Acquisition, Cataloguing, Circulation, Serials, Articles, Indexing and OPAC. Largest lecture hall can accommodate 100 participants, second largest lecture hall can accommodate 50 participants, other lecture halls can accommodate about 40 participants each. The main lecture halls are fully equipped with teaching aids like PA set, cordless microphone, conferencing system, overhead projector, slide Projector , LCD projector with personal computer, VCR etc. so that effective training using audio visual media can be imparted to the trainees.

The auditorium, built in 1999 and renovated in 2008, is fully air-conditioned and handicapped accessible. The auditorium seats up to 2000 including the balcony, has a 1,000 square foot stage, an orchestra pit, computerized lighting system, and two large dressing rooms with lighted mirrors and a shower. A big playground exists for track events, cricket and football games. A Basketball, Volleyball courts are just adjoining the college building.
