The College started functioning from the academic year 2005-2006. VSR Degree College – Karimnagar is located in Rural Area. C/O Kits Singapuram, Village: Thummanapally, Mdl: Huzurabad, Dist : Karimnagar - A.P. R.C.C. Pakka Building is Constructed ( G + 1) which provides 16 Class Rooms, 6 spacious sheds for Science Labs, Principal's room, Staff room and Toilet blocks.Its total plinth area is 6892 sft.
VSR Degree College – Karimnagar offers different kind of undergraduate courses. Highly Qualified Staff possessing requisit P.G.Degree as per University norms with sufficient experience are recruited. Principal - Prof. N.Krishnamurthy (M.Sc. M.Phil., Ph.D). Sufficient furniture in class rooms and other facilities are provided as laid down in the norms of the University.

Beyond its immediate responsibility to provide the information services and resources that support the courses of study offered at the college, the library has the broader mission of fostering in our students the importance and necessity of lifelong learning. VSR Degree College – Karimnagar library adequately equipped with books covering wide range of disciplines of academic and non-academic interest. Necessary lab Equipments are provided as per syllabus in the Science labs.i.e.physics, Chemistry, Botany,Zoology and English lab. Pc's are provided at VSR Degree College – Karimnagar facilitating the students to operate systems in two batches of 15 students in each batch every day. Sufficient open area is provided for the students for playing cricket,volley ball,ball badminton, ground tennis, tennicoit etc., Similarly indoor games with sufficient equipments are also provided.
