CES College of Education Research and Training – New Delhi . Setup in the year 1999 under the agies of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and the management of Child Education Society (Regd.) (Established in the year 1944), the college stands well poised to meet the challenges of the new millennium.
CES-CERT aims to enhance the quality of teacher education and is dedicated to the cause of professionalization of teacher education. Our objective is to enable and empower the prospective teachers to optimally realize their potential rendering them as competent and holistic individuals, facilitating them to be global teachers who have a cutting edge over the teachers across the world.
CES College of Education Research and Training – New Delhi has a modern, well stocked air-conditioned automated library which provides vital support to teaching and learning activities. This knowledge centre has over 1000 meticulously selected books, journals and magazines based on the university syllabus and providing needful reference material for research.
The CES College of Education Research and Training – New Delhi department of Computer Science has a separate Computer Centre with 5 computer systems. It works from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The main objective of this Computer Centre is to increase computer literacy among the students. The Computer Department of the College has a computer laboratory with 68 computers including a central server and other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc. The CES College of Education Research and Training – New Delhi has a laboratory attendant and a laboratory instructor for the maintenance of computers in the computer science department. The College provides health and medical services through qualified doctor who is available on call.
