TWO COMPLAINTS. 1.) I've been a member for years, but now I have to sign in with a password. I'm not tech and know nothing abojt "cookies" which you said were needed. 2) You have become very remote and disconnected with us. I discontinued using after back in 2007 due to not being able to Log-In using correct Password and ID. It went on for several months of not being able to use this Jacquie Lawson account, so I request cancellation with no further debt for charges. I do not know what the problem is, but I will be seeking legal charges if any further attempts to collect any funds from my credit card or banking accounts. We have a charge from Jacquie Lawson e-mail cards for a subscription we did not request or authorize. They do not provide any contacts here or on their Website. The only thing we know about them is that a distant cousin of ours sends us a Jacquie Lawson card occasionally and all we have ever done is reply with a "Thank you". This is apparently a scam by Jacquie Lawson to steal funds from unaware citizens, especially senior citizens.
