The founder of the College is Shri R.L.Akarnba, former M.L.Awho laid the foundation of the College along with the helping hands of Shri Mesen,Shri Tsuknung Sangtam,Dr.S.P.Panda, Shri C.Kipili,Shri Torechu,Shri Tsitongese,Shri T.Sao Sangtam,Shri R.Kihoto,Shri K.V.John, Shri Thingchum and Shri J.Sebastian. Zisaji Presidency College - Kiphire is the paragon of Higher Education in this infant district. It has been founded to cater to the need of the time. The College was affiliated on 1 st July 1997.
Zisaji Presidency College - Kiphire was taken over by the Government of Nagaland on 01.02.2006. It offers Arts subjects at Higher Secondary and Degree level.
