SPU College – Pali got the status of Intermediate College in the year 1951 A.D., and promoted as Degree College in the Year 1958 A.D. The College has permanent affiliation of B. Com. & B. A. Courses. Since 1986, Post Graduate Courses in A.B.S.T. (Commerce) & History (Arts), are also being run in the College. As such, the College bears the status of Post Graduate College . Students who studied here, got very good jobs and placement not only in the reputed institutes in India , but also abroad the country.
SPU College – Pali has around 65 Bigah land area and is situated on Falna-Bali Main Road in Gaurwar Region in Pali District of Rajasthan. Students from Bali, Mundara, Sadri, Desuri, Ghanerao, Bijapur, Sewari, Bhatoond, Lunawa, Nana, Moribeda, Pindwara, Sumerpur, Takhatgarh, Sanderao, Rani, Varkana, etc., come here for their studies. B. Com. and B. A. Courses Have permanent affiliation with the Commissioner, College Education, Rajasthan and the M. D. S. University , Ajmer . Further, B.C.A., B.Sc.(IT), M.Sc.(Computer Science) and P.G.D.C.A. Courses are being offered as 'Self Finance' Courses in the Faculty of Computer Science , which is being conducted under KUMAR BUILDERS' COMPUTER ACEDAMY with esteem support of Shri Lalit Kumar Jain ( Pune ).
SPU College – Pali library adequately equipped with books covering wide range of disciplines of academic and non-academic interest. The college also subscribes for international and national journals, periodicals and newspapers for the students and faculty members at the college library. Games / Sports are the significant source of physical as well as multi-dimensional development of human beings. SPU College – Pali has a wide range of Games / Sports facilities. Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Volleyball Ground, Athletics Track, Tennis Court , Basketball Court , etc, are ever available for the concerned sports activity. Indoor Games, such as, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, etc, are also available with ideal playing conditions. The College has a big Games Room which contains all types of sports materials, equipments, etc.
SPU College – Pali Health Centre (GYM) is constructed in significantly vast area with the major Financial Assistance by University Grants Commission and Sh. Kishore Mal Khimawat (Shri Raj Rajendra Basanti Devi Kishore Mal Khimawat Charitable Trust, Rani/Mumbai). The equipments in the Health Center are financed by the Union Ministry of Youth & Sports Affairs . The Health Center also has Changing Room, Toilets, Bathroom Facilities and the Control Room with well qualified Trainer.
SPU College – Pali since its establishment, has been regularly rendering a wide range of Co-Curricular Activities to the students. A student can choose the activity of his interest and can participate in the same frequently. Cultural Activities, such as, Singing, Dancing, etc, are supposed to be a great source of entertainment. One step ahead, these are the means of being familiar with the cultural values of different segments of geographical territories. To develop the personality of the students through social service, N.S.S. is being offered to the regular students of SPU College – Pali . N.S.S. aims at Co-Operative Efforts, Enrichment of Creative and Constructive Activities, Filling-in the gap between Uneducated and Educated, Developing Instinct for Community Services, etc.
SPU College – Pali NCC troop is associated with (Army wing) 6 Raj Bn. NCC Jodhpur. Authorised strength is 107 cadets. NCC provides institutional training as well as free of cost camp training, Annual training camp, Firing, National integration camp, Advance leadership camp, Summer camp, Rock climbing, Para jumping, Mountaineering, Republic day camp etc. are all main camps. Poor but intelligent cadets can get scholarships through NCC.
