New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM is a unit of a National Level NGO, a registered & charitable “Society for Employment and Career Counseling”, established to promote excellence in management education, research, and managerial training. The Society receives Government grants from the Centre and the State for promoting the cause of education.
New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM imparts management education with three broad objectives of quality management education i.e. acquiring knowledge, development of skills, and competence. To achieve these objectives management course curriculum has been designed with the latest contents reflecting contemporary developments in different specialization areas of management. Students of New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM are taught by the competent and committed faculty well experienced to teach these subjects. The course are delivered through a slew of modern teaching techniques such as Case Study Method, Lecture Method, Seminars, Field Visits, Group Projects, Role-Playing, Experiential Learning and Simulated Exercises to give the students an opportunity to learn by doing and personal involvement.
New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM offers Graduate and Undergraduate, Diploma courses in Management. NDIM has constituted an Academic Council with the agreement of the relevant academic divisions of the institute. The advice offered by the Academic Council assists the institute for taking appropriate decisions and polices bearing on the academic matters of institute. New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM is governed by the principles bearing of academic freedom and integrity as per the guidelines provided by the Academic Council. The External members of the advisory council are chosen for their knowledge, expertise and experience for their ability to provide valued counsel and guidance, and for their commitment to the purposes of the institute.
For the knowledge thirsty minds, New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM has air-conditioned and fully computerized Library. Our widely stocked library has collection of latest books, journals, periodicals and a host of reading materials including industry studies, annual reports of various companies, company profiles, project reports and reference materials received from industry and international agencies. The Library with its modern collection of information resources and innovative information services plays a vital role in the intellectual pursuits of NDIM’s academic community.
The library has fully integrated library management system LsEase which is an off shoot of Libsys, the most popular and widely used library software in the country, with the help of which the students & faculty can search the books, journals etc. by the Author name, title of the books etc. thereby easing the search in the library. All the library staff is trained to use the software package.
Well designed, fully equipped, modern and spacious class rooms mark New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM’s contemporary culture. The Institute’s Class Room Complex has large Lecture Halls and Multimedia Halls. There are 15 air-conditioned / classrooms, with different seating capacity. Each classroom is equipped with Over-Head Projectors, LCD Projectors, Laptops and Personal Address System with Collar Mike etc. for effective use of faculty and the students. Two separate computer class rooms are available with multi-media facilities for presentations and hi-tech classes.
New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM hostel is located half-a-km from the Institute. Fully furnished rooms are provided on twin-sharing basis to the students. The rooms are well ventilated & air-conditioned with attached bathrooms. Essential facilities like computer centre with internet connectivity, functional library, gymnasium, room with indoor games and STD/ISD are provided. Transportation facility is also available back and forth between the campus and the hostel.
New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM has a fully air-conditioned, State-of-the-Art Information Technology Centre spread over a sprawling 6000 sq.ft. of area. The IT Centre has 24 hr internet connectivity. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The infrastructure consists of over 240 computers networked all over the institution in interconnected Local Area Networks (LAN) having three servers operating on Windows 2000 Advanced Server, UNIX & LINUX. Computer Centre is equipped with useful software; SPSS and CMIE Prowess database contribute to research efforts.

The Exotic atmosphere is spacious, clean and hospitable and has been strategically built keeping in mind all details for the convenience for students as many of them come from far off places to make them feel back home. The interior is carpeted with grass & wooden furniture which imparts a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is solicitous & the servers are uniformed & trained to be attentive and friendly. Caterer offers an extensive selection of classic Indian food along with Chinese & south Indian flavor combining traditional vegetarian & non- vegetarian cuisines.
The students of New Delhi Institute of Management-NDIM have access to a gymnasium and facilities are available for sports like cricket, badminton, table tennis, etc. The sports centre caters to the recreational needs of the students by providing a host of indoor games such as chess, carom, scrabble, etc.
