SP College of ETT, JBT, STC is founded by Smt. Prabha Gupta W/o Late Sh. S P Gupta in the memory of her husband for continuing the mission of late Sh. S P Gupta for which he sacrificed his life, to ensure equality in providing education to all the sections of society and to uplift the down trodden deserving sections of society by establishing schools, colleges, universities, Professional colleges, vocational training institutes, etc. apart from providing various other services in pursuance of attaining the aims of the trust.
SP College of ETT, JBT, STC is a spacious building. It is located at an ideal place. The lecture rooms are well furnished, lighted and ventilated. It has excellent infrastructure all amenities.
The Objective and Vision of SP College of ETT, JBT, STC is to establish schools, colleges, universities, professional colleges and vocational training Institutes with most modernized system and sophisticated infrastructure for all the sections of society ( irrespective of any difference) and to make/ produce highly skilled, technically effective, morally accountable and spiritually awakened elementary teachers.”Preparing teachers for age group 5th to 13th. The college intends to produce highly skilled elementary teachers to serve the nation with Honesty, Truthfulness, and courage.

It has excellent infrastructure and amenities.The management of collage comprise of dedicated Educationists and social workers which ensures the existence of spirit of education in all the affairs of college developments. There are two hostels separately for girls and for boys.
The SP College of ETT, JBT, STC library, the nerve centre of the institution is housed in a spacious room. It is stocked, with a good collection of books for various subjects, pertaining to E.T.T course, besides subject’s books. There are many general knowledge books reference books. Yearbooks subjects dictionaries. Text books and general encyclopedias. Every year a large number of new books are added in the library. Newspaper, Journals and Magazine have been subscribed. All the students will obtain library – cum-identity cards from the office an payment of Rs.100/-, The students will keep this cards with them during college hours. It is obligatory for each and every student to return his/her card after the completion of the course. The books will be issued to the students on the production of library-cum-identity card. In case this card is lost duplicate identity card will be issued to the students on payment of Rs.100/.
The SP College of ETT, JBT, STC students will be expected to take part in sports, which are part & parcel of the training with the help of physical Instructor. Drawing and painting Competitions, Debates, symposium declamation competitions, Quiz, Competition Speeches, cultural Activities, Picnic, Field Trips, annual function have been initiated to bringing in the hidden potential of the students.
SPCETT has multipurpose workshop. It is being used for practical work. Preparation of Teaching Aids preparation of lesson plan, Project work, etc. The canteen facility for the students & staff members is available.
