Shree Padmavathi Mahila Hindu College of Education - SPMHCE Machilipatnam owes every thing to this great Personality who initiated it. It was inaugurated by Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs Honorable Sri M.V.Krishna Rao. The function was presided over by Sri M.V.Rajagoal LA.S., Vice-Chancellor JNTU Hyderabad, attended by a galaxy of MP's and MLA's and intellectuals from different districts of Andhra Pradesh and elite of the Town Machilipatnam.
As a consequence an organizing committee was initiated. Sri.K.P.Mallikarjunudu Ex M.P. as president. Sri.D .Madhusudhana shastry as secretory and correspondent. SPMHCE was established with a view to render quality education to empower women aspirants. Shree Padmavathi Mahila Hindu College of Education - SPMHCE Machilipatnam is located in peaceful surroundings. The Management provided adequate furniture, Lab Equipment and Library books. Infrastructural facilities are provided as per the NCTE norms. The college has three model schools to facilitate Teacher Trainees Block Teaching. Adequate number of Lab Equipment is available in Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Social Studies Mathematics Laboratories and Psychology Laboratory.
